Dear Collective,
If you’re here reading this, it means you’re part of something meaningful. Whether you're looking for a beauty service or simply a space to feel seen and celebrated, you’ve found your way to a community that values authenticity, care, and connection. And for that, I’m truly grateful you’re here.
I’m Ciara, a Master Permanent Makeup Artist and Educator with over 15 years in the industry. My work is about enhancing your natural beauty, but my journey is about so much more. It’s about how you feel, how you carry yourself, and how you express your truest self to the world. At Ciara Lee Collective, my goal is to help you do just that—to reflect the beauty that’s already within you.
I'm so glad
you're here.
You may have come here for eyebrow microblading, lip blushing, lash enhancements, or one of my other permanent makeup and skin services. But what you’re really stepping into is a space where your needs, your story, and your beauty are seen and celebrated. These treatments are not just about enhancing the surface—they’re about helping you feel like the best version of yourself.
For some, these services are a way to simplify and streamline their routine. For others, they’re a way to reconnect with a part of themselves that they’ve lost or have been searching for. Whether it’s through reclaiming confidence or simply giving yourself permission to feel beautiful, this space is here for you, exactly as you are.
My journey wasn’t always easy. I’ve worn many hats, tried on different identities, and wrestled with the pressure of being the “boss babe.” I built a successful business, a lifestyle that showcased designer bags and luxury experiences—but at some point, I realized that’s not what it’s all about. The shiny things are nice, but they don’t define me. What matters is integrity, connection, and uplifting others. That’s why I’m here—to give back, to be part of a community that lifts each other up, and to create a space where beauty is authentic, not performative.
As a Permanent Makeup Artist, I’ve learned that beauty goes far beyond the surface. It’s about reclaiming your freedom, your time, and your joy. I believe in creating a safe, inclusive space where everyone is welcome to be seen, heard, and celebrated for who they are. Through this evolution, I’ve shed the ‘boss babe’ persona and embraced something much more real—being a woman, being human, and showing up authentically every day.
I’m also an educator, and I pass the lessons, tools, and techniques I’ve learned onto others. Sharing what I’ve gained with aspiring artists is my way of extending this journey beyond myself. It’s not just about me growing, it’s about helping others grow too.
To be completely honest, I’m not someone who always knew what was next or had it all figured out. Like many of you, I’ve had to navigate the tough stuff—the insecurities, the fear of failure, and the days where I wondered if I was really cut out for it. But through those moments, I discovered resilience, strength, and the importance of softness, too. I learned to be kind to myself, to celebrate the small wins, and to lean into growth, even when it felt uncomfortable.
As a wife and mother, I’ve had to learn how to pour my heart into everything I do, while also seeking balance—a challenge I’m sure many of you know all too well. But through it all, I’ve held onto this truth: I want to leave the world better than I found it. And I’ve realized the way I can do that is by helping others become the best version of themselves. Whether it’s through permanent makeup, teaching, or simply having a real conversation about life, this is my calling.
At the Ciara [Last Name] Collective, beauty isn’t about perfection. It’s about expression, confidence, and finding joy in who you are. My mission is simple: to help you feel seen, to help you rediscover the beauty that’s already inside you, and to create a moment of care that you can carry with you long after you leave my chair.
So, welcome. You’re part of this collective now, and that means we’re in this together.
Here’s to resilience, to softness, to truth, and to the collective that’s just getting started.
With love,
Ciara
